Uneven boom sours life for new arrivals and debt-laden young

Good commentary on the wholistic impact of high rents and a booming job market. Also a good commentary on how people still view "advanced education" as the meal ticket to good pay and good jobs. I won't comment on my opinion but I will say that I know a ton of BA students who complain continually that they have been ripped off because they took a degree and are only making $32K a year. Just makes me shake my head.
